“Another Life Lost to Karachi’s Unregulated Water Tankers”

KARACHI: In yet another tragic incident, a young man named Abid lost his life after being run over by a reckless water tanker on Tuesday. The incident comes just a day after the death of little Ibrahim, who was also killed in a similar accident.

Families of both victims are in deep mourning, but despite growing public outrage, no meaningful response has been issued by provincial authorities. Citizens have criticized the Sindh government, stating that repeated incidents indicate a lack of oversight and safety measures.

Residents argue that Karachi continues to suffer due to poor governance, unregulated water tankers, and the absence of accountability. The grieving father of Abid has demanded strict action against those responsible and urged authorities to implement permanent solutions to prevent further loss of innocent lives.
