FAISALABAD – City Police Officer (CPO) Sahibzada Bilal Umar has said that maintaining law and order and ensuring justice for citizens is the top responsibility of the police, and all available resources are being utilized for this purpose.
Presiding over a crime meeting at police lines on Friday, he stressed that problems of citizens approaching police stations should be resolved on priority.
He further directed that cases under investigation must be decided on the basis of facts and pending challans should be cleared without delay.
The CPO also ordered an effective crackdown against drug peddlers, habitual criminals, dacoits, and robbers.
