A decision has been made to conduct a detailed review of the functionality and performance of health facilities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. In this regard, an officer from the DHO Charsadda has been assigned the task of inspecting all districts of the province.
According to an official letter, employee registrations and biometric records will be checked across the province. In the first phase, visits will be made to Nowshera, Mardan, and Peshawar, while in the next phase, inspection schedules have been set for Malakand, Lower Dir, and Swat.
The letter states that strict monitoring will be carried out to improve the performance of health institutions, and relevant officers of the Health Department have been instructed to provide timely assistance to the inspection team.
It has further been stated that a comprehensive inspection of all districts will be conducted in phases, and orders have been issued to ensure full access for the inspection team to all official records and facilities.
