‎Doctors in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have made a remarkable claim that they saved the life of a woman whose heart had stopped beating for nearly 40 minutes.

‎According to the Arab newspaper Gulf News, doctors at a hospital in the Fujairah state successfully saved the woman after her heart stopped following a severe heart attack.

‎Reports stated that the woman was rushed to the hospital’s emergency department immediately after sudden cardiac arrest.

‎The Department of Health said a specialized medical team used advanced resuscitation techniques and worked tirelessly to restore the woman’s heartbeat and save her life.

‎According to hospital officials, the woman did not suffer any complications and is not expected to face any negative effects from the treatment in the future.

‎Dr. Ahmed Obaid Al Khadem, Director of Fujairah Hospital, described the case as clear evidence of the hospital’s preparedness and the extraordinary skills of its medical staff.

‎He added that this achievement reflects the teamwork and swift emergency response of the hospital, strengthening their commitment to providing modern and safe healthcare.

‎Dr. Thaer Khazim, Head of the Cardiology Department, said that immediate and effective coordination between the emergency and cardiology teams was the foundation of this success.

‎He further stated that despite the prolonged cardiac arrest, their coordinated response ensured the woman’s survival and full recovery.

‎Although hospital officials and doctors claimed to have saved the woman after her heart stopped for 40 minutes, they did not specify what type of treatment was provided.
