LAHORE – Police arrested a suspect accused of attempting to assault a 13-year-old boy in Lahore’s Gulberg area. According to the spokesperson, the victim, identified as Irfan, had gone to Main Market to purchase household items when the accused lured him to a house on Canal Road and attempted the assault. The suspect fled after the boy raised an alarm.
Responding swiftly to the report, Ghalib Market Police used modern technology to trace and apprehend the suspect, identified as Fazal. A case has been registered, and the accused has been handed over to the Gender Cell for further investigation.
SP Model Town condemned the incident, stating that those involved in child exploitation deserve no leniency and will face strict legal action.
