The Islamabad High Court (IHC) heard a bail restoration petition filed by Najaf Hamid, brother of former DG ISI Faiz Hamid, in a fraud case.
The court issued notices to the relevant parties and sought their replies. Najaf Hamid appeared before the court along with his counsel Barrister Raja Qadeer Janjua and Advocate Ahad Khokhar.
The defence requested suspension of the order cancelling Najaf Hamid’s bail. Justice Raja Inam Amin Minhas remarked that a written order would be passed after receiving responses from the parties.
Najaf Hamid has challenged the January 24 decision of the Special Judge Central, which cancelled his bail in the FIA case. The hearing was conducted by Justice Raja Inam Amin Minhas.
