The Islamabad High Court (IHC) heard petitions filed by TikTokers Nadeem Mubarak and Rajab Butt seeking removal of their names from the Passport Control List (PCL).
The court issued notices to the Secretary Interior and the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), directing them to submit their replies. Notices were also issued to the Director General of Passports and Immigration.
Justice Muhammad Azam Khan presided over the hearing. The petitioners were represented by Barrister Raja Qadeer Janjua and Advocate Ahad Khokhar before the court.
The petitions sought removal of the petitioners’ names from the travel restriction list. The court sought responses from all parties and adjourned the hearing till next week.
