Karachi (Media Hyde) — Following an unpleasant incident on Rashid Minhas Road, residents of Sagheer Centre have expressed deep concern. Locals allege that police arrested innocent individuals who were not involved in the incident, creating an atmosphere of fear and unrest in the area.
UC-3 Chairman Afaq Ahmed raised his voice for the rights of the residents, presenting their complaints to the relevant authorities. He vowed that the struggle would continue until the release of innocent detainees and the provision of justice.
Meanwhile, Karachi IG Javed Alam Odho took action over the incident, suspending SHO Yousuf Plaza Inspector Iftikhar Khanzada and SHO Federal B Industrial Area Sub-Inspector Shahid Adam Baloch, ordering them to report to Police Headquarters Garden. The suspension took immediate effect, and an inquiry against both officers is underway.
