Doctors in Lahore demonstrated professional expertise by removing a hairpin from the stomach of a 3 year old girl.
According to the spokesperson of General Hospital Lahore, the hairpin was removed from the child’s stomach through endoscopy, and the sensitive procedure was performed by Dr. Hooria Rehman.
The spokesperson of General Hospital Lahore said that Professor Shahid, Professor Faryad, and Dr. Hassan Suleman supervised the procedure.
The hospital spokesperson stated that 3 year old Jannat from Chungi Amar Sidhu had swallowed the hairpin while playing. When her family brought her to the hospital, an X-ray was conducted, which showed the hairpin in her stomach, after which it was decided to operate on the child.
