Lahore: The Chief Executive Officer of a private college was abducted from Lahore’s Johar Town area, prompting law enforcement agencies to launch an investigation.
According to police, an FIR regarding the abduction of Abid Wazir Khan has been registered on the complaint of his brother. The incident occurred when the victim was leaving his office and unidentified suspects intercepted his vehicle and forcibly abducted him.
The FIR states that at the time of the incident, Abid Wazir Khan was on a phone call with the college’s female General Manager. During the call, she reportedly heard the voice of an unknown individual who told the victim that he had been involved in a car accident with his vehicle.
Following the incident, the Crime Control Department (CCD) along with other law enforcement agencies has initiated investigations to trace the abductors and recover the victim.
