Lahore : Lahore is about to roll out an anti-smog gun, a new weapon in its fight against growing air pollution.

According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the device was developed in just two months using Chinese technology. The EPA spokesperson said the gun will be operational on Lahore’s roads starting October 2.

The anti-smog gun is slated for deployment in high-pollution zones, where it will spray fine water mist in order to trap airborne particles. It can hold up to 12,000 liters of water for this purpose.
