KARACHI: A man was electrocuted while allegedly attempting to steal an electric wire near Habib Bank Bridge in the SITE area on Sunday.
According to Chhipa Rescue officials, the deceased, aged around 26, sustained severe burns and died on the spot. His body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for medico-legal formalities. Police said preliminary information suggests the deceased appeared to be a drug addict. Efforts are underway to identify him.
