KARACHI: A man identified as Salman was recovered from unlawful custody at the Darakhshan police station following a raid ordered by a sessions judge.
The raid was carried out by the judicial magistrate South, who later submitted a report confirming that Salman had been wrongfully confined. During the operation, the station house officer (SHO) of Darakhshan police station was present but failed to provide a satisfactory justification for the detention.
