LAHORE: The University of Health Sciences (UHS) has requested the Specialized Healthcare Department to expand the number of MDCAT test centers from 30 to 34 this year, official sources confirmed on Saturday.

Currently, MDCAT exams are being conducted at 26 centers across 13 cities of Punjab. With students required to appear in their own provinces, the proposed increase aims to improve accessibility and reduce travel difficulties.

Officials said the move is a student-friendly step to ease the examination process, ensuring regional balance and better organization of the annual medical and dental college entrance test.
