Ministry of Religious Affairs Directs Private Hajj Operators to Complete Bookings on Time
Islamabad: The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony has directed all private Hajj operators to finalize bookings and arrangements for Hajj 2025 within the given timeframe to ensure a smooth and timely pilgrimage operation next year.
According to the ministry’s spokesperson, the Government of Pakistan has already begun preparations for Hajj 2025. Private operators have been instructed to complete accommodation, travel, and training arrangements for pilgrims without delay. The ministry has also warned that strict action will be taken against operators who fail to meet deadlines.
The spokesperson added that the ministry is closely monitoring the performance of Hajj operators to ensure the comfort, safety, and convenience of pilgrims. Discussions with Saudi authorities are ongoing to further improve facilities such as housing, meals, and transportation during the pilgrimage.
Sources revealed that talks are also underway regarding a possible increase in Pakistan’s Hajj quota for 2025, while details regarding the government Hajj scheme will be announced soon.
