A significant increase in gastroenteritis cases has been recorded in major government hospitals of Multan.
During the last 24 hours, 135 people suffering from gastroenteritis reached major government hospitals. A total of 80 gastroenteritis patients were reported at Nishtar Hospital, while 25 cases were reported at the Children’s Hospital. In addition, 18 gastroenteritis patients were reported at Shahbaz Sharif Hospital and 12 at South City Hospital.
The highest number of gastroenteritis patients was reported at Nishtar Hospital. Doctors have advised citizens to adopt precautionary measures to protect themselves from gastroenteritis.
