ISLAMABAD, October 13, 2026: Pakistan has reduced the price of petrol by Rs2.93 per litre, while the price of high-speed diesel has increased slightly by Rs0.61 per litre under the latest fuel price revision.
Following the adjustment, petrol is now priced at Rs395.37 per litre, compared with the previous rate of Rs398.30. High-speed diesel will cost Rs396.85 per litre, up from Rs396.24.
The revised prices took effect on October 13, according to the Petroleum Division’s notification.
The adjustment comes amid fluctuations in international oil markets and continued pressure on fuel costs. Petrol price changes directly affect motorists, motorcycle users and small vehicle owners, while diesel prices have a wider impact on public transport, freight, agriculture and other industries.
The latest revision provides limited relief to petrol consumers, although diesel users will face a small increase.
Consumers are advised to follow official announcements for further changes in petroleum prices.
