President Asif Ali Zardari has conferred the Sitara-e-Pakistan on Chinese Professor Pan Xiangbin.
According to a statement, Professor Pan Xiangbin has been honored for his outstanding services in the field of cardiology. He has played a significant role in providing medical treatment facilities in Pakistan.
Professor Pan Xiangbin visited Pakistan in January 2025, during which he and his team treated children suffering from congenital heart diseases in the country.
On the occasion, President Asif Zardari said that Professor Pan’s efforts have enhanced the capacity of Pakistan’s healthcare sector.
