ISLAMABAD — The Pakistan Constitution Protection Movement has announced its decision to hold a protest outside the Supreme Court of Pakistan. Members of the opposition alliance are expected to gather outside the top court at 11 a.m. to voice their concerns.
According to party sources, senators and members of the National and Punjab assemblies belonging to the PTI have been instructed to participate in the demonstration.
The opposition alliance plans to protest against the recently passed 27th Constitutional Amendment as well as the Supreme Court’s decision not to schedule hearings in cases involving the founder of PTI.
