KARACHI – Pakistan Customs Enforcement, in collaboration with Sindh Rangers, seized smuggled goods valued at approximately Rs32.6 million during a joint operation in the Sohrab Goth area. The raid was conducted late Friday night at warehouses near Al-Asif Square as part of an ongoing anti-smuggling campaign.
According to officials, the recovered items included 8,509 cartons of foreign-brand cigarettes, 1,829 packets of Indian gutka, 327 packets of Indian naswar, and 92 bottles of Iranian edible oil. A case has been registered, and all seized goods have been confiscated as investigations continue.
