The anti polio campaign has been postponed in nine districts of Punjab due to the flood situation.
According to the National Emergency Operations Centre (NEOC), the campaign has been delayed in Lahore, Sheikhupura, Kasur, Okara, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Multan, Muzaffargarh, and Bahawalpur.
NEOC stated that the anti-polio campaign will continue as scheduled in Rawalpindi, Mianwali, Faisalabad, D.G. Khan, Attock, Rajanpur, and Rahim Yar Khan.
The National Emergency Operations Centre further said that the anti-polio campaign in other parts of the country will commence as per schedule from September 1st.
