Polio Campaign Postponed in Nine Punjab Districts Due to Flood Situation

The anti polio campaign has been postponed in nine districts of Punjab due to the flood situation.

‎According to the National Emergency Operations Centre (NEOC), the campaign has been delayed in Lahore, Sheikhupura, Kasur, Okara, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Multan, Muzaffargarh, and Bahawalpur.

‎NEOC stated that the anti-polio campaign will continue as scheduled in Rawalpindi, Mianwali, Faisalabad, D.G. Khan, Attock, Rajanpur, and Rahim Yar Khan.

‎The National Emergency Operations Centre further said that the anti-polio campaign in other parts of the country will commence as per schedule from September 1st.
