In a successful operation, Preddy Police apprehended three individuals involved in the illegal sale of Gutka and Mawa. The arrested suspects have been identified as
Hanzala son of Thawab Khan, Fazal-ur-Rehman son of Habib-ur-Rehman, Mahesh son of Prem Chand.
The police seized a significant quantity of contraband, including 22 packets of Gutka, 100 pouches of Adab, and 6 packs of Rajni.
An FIR (First Information Report) has been registered under section 8(i) of the Gutka/Mawa Act 2019, with FIR number 757/2025. Further legal proceedings are underway.
