Islamabad: With just four days left in the registration period for the private Hajj scheme, bookings have reached 44,000 pilgrims, leaving only 16,000 seats unreserved.

According to the Ministry of Religious Affairs, the Saudi Ministry of Hajj has made it clear that the booking deadline for the private scheme cannot be extended. To accelerate the registration process, the ministry has issued written directives to all private Hajj operators.

In the past 25 days, private Hajj operators have managed to confirm bookings for around 23,000 new pilgrims. Meanwhile, 21,654 applicants who were unable to perform Hajj last year will be accommodated in the next pilgrimage season.

It is worth mentioning that the booking process under the private Hajj scheme began on September 19, 2025.
