The new system changes how answer sheets are organised and evaluated. Students will still take their examinations at physical centres and write their answers by hand, but completed sheets will be scanned and checked digitally by examiners.
To avoid mistakes, students should first read all instructions printed on the E-Sheet. They must enter their roll number, paper code and personal details carefully in the designated spaces and fill the relevant bubbles accurately.
For multiple-choice questions (MCQs), students should completely darken only one bubble for each question. Leaving bubbles partially filled or marking more than one option can result in an incorrect response being recorded.
Students must also write each answer in the box assigned to its corresponding question. Writing outside the designated boundaries, mixing answers or placing a response in the wrong section may create problems during digital checking.
Clear handwriting is equally important because examiners will view scanned copies on computer screens. Students should avoid unnecessary marks, overwriting and damage to the answer sheet.
The initial implementation covers four Intermediate subjects: Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science and Statistics. Students are advised to follow the instructions printed on their examination sheets and any additional guidance issued by their respective boards.
The new arrangement aims to make the examination checking process more organised and improve the handling of answer sheets through digital technology.
