In Rawalpindi, 16 new dengue cases have been reported during the last 24 hours.
According to the Health Department, a total of 374 cases have been reported so far in the city, out of which 82 patients are currently under treatment in different hospitals.
The Health Department stated that to curb the spread of dengue, 1,306,235 sites have been inspected so far, and dengue larvae were found at 145,575 locations.
Due to violations of SOPs, 3,845 cases have been registered, 1,677 premises have been sealed, 3,285 challans have been issued, and fines amounting to Rs. 9,761,007 have also been imposed.
