RAWALPINDI — A District and Sessions Court on Tuesday sentenced a female drug supplier to 10 years in prison in a narcotics smuggling case.
According to a police spokesperson, the convict, identified as Basmina BB, was found guilty of possessing 1,500 grams of heroin and was apprehended by Naseerabad police in April 2025, according to UrduPoint.
Following a thorough trial, during which evidence was presented and arguments were heard from both prosecution and defence, the court awarded the sentence and also imposed a fine of Rs125,000 on the accused.
