DIG License and Training Sindh, Iqbal Dara, has successfully implemented the vision of the Sindh government and the guidance of IG Sindh, Ghulam Nabi Memon, by launching the online driving license system for the public on 28th September 2024.
DIG Iqbal Dara has effectively brought this vision to life, crossing another significant milestone by achieving a record issuance of online driving licenses.
So far, over 200,000 individuals have obtained their learner’s license, renewed their permanent licenses, and received international driving permits through Sindh’s online portal, all from the comfort of their homes.
The overall numbers so far are,184,654 online learner’s licenses issued,13,000 online permanent license renewals,7,031 international driving permits issued.
Furthermore, the driving license portal of Sindh has registered 351,360 users to date.
This achievement reflects the Sindh government’s and IG Sindh’s commitment to using modern technology to provide convenience to the public.
