The anti polio campaign has achieved success, with environmental samples across Punjab testing negative.
Health Minister Khawaja Imran Nazir, in a message on social media platform X, said that success against polio was achieved under the leadership of the Chief Minister.
The Health Minister praised all commissioners, deputy commissioners and CEOs Health for the successful campaign. He said that the Chief Secretary and the Focal Person for Polio Eradication played a key role, while the Health Secretary and others also made significant contributions towards eliminating polio.
He further stated that Punjab achieved this success due to the tireless efforts of anti polio teams.
