Pakistani actress Hania Amir has strongly condemned the recent violent incident at rapper Talha Anjum’s concert, stating, “Talha Anjum deserves a stage, not a battlefield.” The incident occurred during a live performance where a concertgoer allegedly threw a bottle at the artist, leading to chaos on stage.
According to eyewitnesses and viral video footage, Talha Anjum stopped performing immediately after the object was thrown. He then pulled the alleged individual onto the stage by the hair in front of a shocked crowd. Security personnel quickly intervened and escorted the fan away.
The footage sparked widespread debate on social media. While some fans supported Talha Anjum’s reaction, calling it an act of self-respect, others criticized his aggressive response, suggesting that artists should maintain composure even in provocation.
In response to the viral footage, Hania Amir posted a statement on her Instagram stories, voicing concern over the safety of artists. She emphasized that performers should be respected and provided with a secure environment to express their art.
“This is not how artists should be treated. Talha Anjum deserves a stage to perform, not a battlefield,” she wrote.
The incident has also raised questions about security arrangements at music events, with many demanding stricter crowd control and better protection for performers.
As of now, Talha Anjum has not issued an official statement regarding the incident.
