PARIS — Russian prodigy Mirra Andreeva captured her maiden Grand Slam singles title on Saturday, delivering a clinical performance to defeat Polish qualifier Maja Chwalinska in straight sets during the 2026 French Open women’s final.
The 19-year-old Andreeva overmatched her opponent with a 6-3, 6-2 victory on the clay of Roland Garros.
