Faisalabad: Police have arrested two van drivers accused of sexually assaulting a university student and blackmailing her for money and valuables.

According to police officials, the suspects allegedly raped the student and later stole personal photos from her mobile phone to blackmail her. They reportedly extorted jewelry and other belongings from the victim under threat of leaking her pictures.

Police stated that the victim, after months of harassment, finally informed her parents about the ordeal, who then reported the incident to authorities. Both suspects have been taken into custody, and a case has been registered against them under relevant sections of the law.
