Pakistani television and film actress Nisho has broken her silence on rumors surrounding her fourth marriage, saying she is currently focused on enjoying life but has not ruled out the possibility of marrying again.
In a recent interview, the senior actress was asked whether she had secretly tied the knot for the fourth time. Responding to the speculation, Nisho clarified that she has so far declined several marriage proposals but believes that if it is destined, another marriage could be in her future.
She further stated that her children have no objection to the idea, adding that marriage has nothing to do with age. “If God has written it in my fate, then it will happen,” she remarked.
Drawing a comparison with Saudi Arabia, Nisho pointed out that in some societies, women are encouraged to remarry after becoming widowed or divorced, while in Pakistan, marriage often becomes an unnecessary social controversy. “When religion allows it, why should I be hesitant? If it is meant to be, I will go for a fourth marriage,” she said.
Nisho’s personal life has previously drawn media attention. She married for the first time in 1970 but was divorced six years later. In 1978, she wed writer Taslim Fazli, who passed away in 1982. Four years later, she married director Jamal Pasha, who died in 2019.
Speculation about her possible fourth marriage has been circulating online in recent weeks, sparking curiosity among fans and media circles alike.
