Karachi, May 2025 – In a moment of pride for the Department of Mass Communication, Wania Siddiqui has been appointed as the President of the Journalism Society under the prestigious Youth Ambassador Programme of the Arts Council of Pakistan, Karachi.
Wania Siddiqui, who recently graduated with a First Class First Position in BS Mass Communication, continues to inspire her peers by taking on this significant leadership role. Her appointment reflects her commitment to ethical journalism, truth, and youth empowerment through media.
Under her leadership, the Journalism Society aims to promote ethical journalism, media awareness, and student expression. The newly announced executive team also includes Abdul Rafay as Vice President and Wahaj Uddin as General Secretary.
