KARACHI – A 35-year-old woman, Sundus, wife of Imran alias Daniyal, was fatally shot inside a residence near the TCF School in Karachi. Her body was transported to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital via Chhipa ambulance.
According to the Karachi Police spokesperson, initial findings suggest the incident stemmed from a personal dispute.
Following the tragedy, the victim’s sister, Sehr, released a video statement claiming she had previously divorced her husband, Shariq. She alleged that Shariq, accompanied by his brothers Ali and Arif, and his sister, forcibly entered their mother’s home and attempted to take Sehr’s young daughter with them.
During the altercation, Arif allegedly opened fire, resulting in Sundus being fatally wounded.
The suspects fled the scene immediately after the shooting. Police have registered a case and launched raids to apprehend the accused.
