A tragic incident took place in the jurisdiction of Shams Colony police station where a man shot dead his sister in the name of honour.
According to police, the woman had contracted a love marriage, which angered her brother. The suspect shot her in the head, killing her on the spot, according to Dunya News.
Police identified the accused as Adil Hussain, a former employee of the CDA.
