Russia has announced that its cancer vaccine ‘Enteromax’ has successfully completed preclinical trials.
According to Russian authorities, the cancer vaccine has proven to be safe and effective.
The head of the Russian Federal Medical Biological Agency stated that the vaccine reduced the size and growth rate of tumors by 60 to 80 percent, thereby increasing patients’ chances of survival.
According to the report, the initial target of the vaccine will be colon cancer, pending formal approval.
