Islamabad — Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Ishaq Dar, held a telephone conversation with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, according to a statement from the Foreign Office.
During the call, both sides expressed satisfaction over the recent positive momentum in Pakistan-U.S. relations. The two leaders also discussed key regional and international developments, highlighting the importance of close cooperation in addressing shared challenges.
The Foreign Office added that Dar and Rubio reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening bilateral ties and agreed to enhance collaboration in various fields, ranging from economic engagement to regional stability.
