Commonwealth Beach Handball Championship: Pakistan Clinches Third Consecutive Win

Pakistan’s men’s beach handball team is on fire at the Commonwealth Beach Handball Championship, racking up their third straight victory and cementing themselves as early tournament favorites.

The winning streak began with a convincing 2-0 triumph over traditional rivals India. Pakistan dominated both sets, cruising to 26-9 in the opener and closing the match 34-12 in the second set. Their aggressive play and tight defense left India struggling to find answers.

That momentum carried forward as they brushed aside Sri Lanka in similar fashion, again taking a clean 2-0 victory. According to updates from the Pakistan Handball Federation, the team’s latest win marks their third consecutive success in the competition.

The string of victories is not just about the scoreboard—it’s about the statement Pakistan is making. In a sport that doesn’t often grab headlines back home, these performances are starting to turn heads. Coaches and federation officials are hopeful this run will shine a brighter light on handball in Pakistan and inspire more grassroots participation.

For now, the team remains focused, with tougher challenges expected as the championship progresses. But if their current form is any indicator, Pakistan is not just competing—they’re setting the pace.
