RAWALPINDI – A tragic incident took place in the Ruat police jurisdiction of Panjgraeen, Rawalpindi, where a man killed his two-and-a-half-year-old son and his brother during a domestic dispute, Dunya News reported.
Police said the victims were identified as Sher Baz and little Abdul Ahad. The suspect used a sharp weapon to commit the crime.
According to officials, the incident was the result of a personal quarrel. Police reached the scene immediately after receiving information, shifted the bodies to the hospital, and collected forensic evidence.
The accused, Ashiq Hussain, managed to escape after the attack. Police teams have launched raids to arrest him.
A police spokesperson said that City Police Officer (CPO) Syed Khalid Mehmood Hamdani has taken notice of the incident and sought an initial report from the SP Saddar.
