In response to the students’ protest outside the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC), examination halls have been booked across all provinces for the MDCAT test.

‎According to the PMDC statement, provincial authorities have completed all necessary preparations for the peaceful conduct of the MDCAT examination, which includes the printing of question papers and issuance of admit cards to candidates.

‎The statement further mentioned that, for the convenience of candidates, the PMDC opened the registration portal twice and extended the exam date once to facilitate students affected by floods.

‎Meanwhile, the High Court has rejected the petition seeking further extension of the MDCAT exam date, stating that students were already provided sufficient time for preparation. No further delay in conducting the MDCAT exam will be allowed.
