Alipur : Further developments have emerged in the Alipur scandal involving alleged sexual assault of female students and women teachers and the circulation of their videos.
According to police sources, an additional case has been registered against the prime suspect, Hidayat Rizvi. The latest FIR was lodged on the complaint of a victim teacher’s father.
The FIR states that the suspect had allegedly been recording videos for the past three years and using them to blackmail and sexually assault women. He reportedly summoned teachers to his residence under the pretext of organizing school records, where he subjected them to assault.
The complainant added that the accused repeatedly abused the victim by threatening to release the videos online.
