In Kohlu district of Balochistan, the security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation, killing five terrorists affiliated with Fitna-e-Hindustan, while recovering weapons and explosive materials.
According to the ISPR, security forces carried out the operation following secret intelligence in Kohlu district, which resulted in heavy exchange of fire with the terrorists. Five militants linked to Fitna-e-Hindustan were killed. The operation, conducted on December 25, successfully traced the terrorists. Weapons, ammunition, and explosive materials were also recovered during the action.
The ISPR said that the slain terrorists were involved in multiple acts of terrorism in the area. Security forces and law enforcement agencies remain committed under Vision Azm-e-Istiqamat to eliminating terrorism. Clearance operations continue in the region in view of the possible presence of Indian-supported terrorists.
