The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Anti-Corruption Circle arrested an important member of gang involved in illegal liver transplantation from Peshawar, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
According to the details, the FIA arrested the accused, who was later identified as Aimal Khan from Peshawar.
A citizen lodged a complaint stating that the accused injected anesthesia into different people for an illegal liver transplant. Some private hospitals were also supporting the accused in this regard.
The accused generated a huge amount through illegal liver transplantation. The FIA initiated an investigation and implemented measures to apprehend the remaining accomplices of the accused.
