Under the Federal Health Facilitation Program, it has been decided to issue health cards in Islamabad, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan.
An important announcement regarding the Federal Health Facilitation Program has come to light. In a letter issued by State Life, it was stated that permanent residents of Islamabad, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan will benefit from the program. State Life has issued instructions to all panel hospitals affiliated with the health facilitation program.
State Life said that under the Federal Health Facilitation Program, health cards will become active from January 16, and panel hospitals have been instructed to establish health desks before the specified date.
The letter stated that eligible and deserving individuals will be provided uninterrupted treatment facilities, and panel hospitals will be regularly inspected for the provision of treatment. Authorities have appealed to panel hospitals for full cooperation.
State Life further said in the letter that the Federal Health Facilitation Program will be implemented effectively, and the objective of the program is to provide quality and free medical facilities.
Sources said that millions of families will benefit under the Federal Health Facilitation Program, and the health cards issued under the program will remain valid until June 2027.
It is noteworthy that the Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir had also announced the restoration of the health card across Azad Kashmir before January 20.
