The Specialized Healthcare Department has issued a notification stating that outpatient departments (OPDs) of government teaching hospitals will remain closed during the Eid holidays.
Emergency wards of hospitals will remain operational 24 hours a day to ensure immediate treatment in any emergency situation.
The notification also directed that during Eid, full availability of doctors, medical staff, and medicines must be ensured in emergency services so that patients do not face any difficulties.
