Outpatient Departments of Teaching Hospitals to Remain Closed During Eid Holidays

The Specialized Healthcare Department has issued a notification stating that outpatient departments (OPDs) of government teaching hospitals will remain closed during the Eid holidays.

‎Emergency wards of hospitals will remain operational 24 hours a day to ensure immediate treatment in any emergency situation.

‎The notification also directed that during Eid, full availability of doctors, medical staff, and medicines must be ensured in emergency services so that patients do not face any difficulties.
