Former FBR chairman Shabbar Zaidi has claimed during a podcast discussion that Pakistan once conveyed a strong message to U.S. President Donald Trump regarding Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.
According to Zaidi, Pakistan allegedly warned the United States that any move to assassinate or target Ayatollah Khamenei would be a serious mistake and would not produce positive results for the region. He suggested that Pakistani officials believed such an action could further destabilize the Middle East and increase tensions instead of solving conflicts.
The remarks surfaced during a recent podcast appearance and quickly drew attention on social media, where users debated the significance of Pakistan’s alleged diplomatic stance. However, no official confirmation has been issued by Pakistani or American authorities regarding the claim.
