These foods can support brain health, heart health, digestion, and overall energy when eaten in the right amount.

Almonds

Almonds are rich in healthy fats, vitamin E, magnesium, and protein. They are often considered good for the brain because vitamin E and healthy fats help support normal brain function. Almonds can also help keep the body full for longer, making them a better snack than fried or sugary foods.

Walnuts

Walnuts are especially known for containing omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fats are important for brain function and heart health. Eating walnuts in moderation may support better memory, focus, and heart wellness. They may also help maintain healthy cholesterol levels when included as part of a balanced diet.

Chia Seeds

Flaxseeds

Health Benefits
