A private medical store located in the Nawan Killi area of Quetta has been sealed by the district administration after reports emerged that anti allergy injections were being administered to children at the facility.
According to the district administration, Deputy Commissioner Quetta Mehrullah Badini took immediate notice after the news went viral on social media and directed the Drug Controller team to take action.
Officials said that the Drug Controller team raided the private medical store in Nawan Killi. During the operation, the medical store was sealed, and all equipment and related materials were confiscated.
The district administration stated that a case has been registered against the owner of the medical store and further legal proceedings are underway. According to the administration, strict legal action is being taken against those who endanger public health and lives, and indiscriminate action will continue against those who put human lives at risk.
The district administration clarified that illegal medical activities will not be tolerated under any circumstances, and the crackdown against individuals involved in violations of the law will continue.
